The position is based in Paris, but will also cover the offices based in Italy. Travel between Paris and Milano will be required. Interaction and network within the group HR team is needed.

HR advisor – France & Italy (H/F)
In strong collaboration with Sr. HR Business Partners in assigned areas of the business, you will proactively build professional relationships and engage with frontline leaders and employees to assist with a wide variety of initiatives to drive business performance and company-wide HR strategy.
You will educate employees about available People Services and how to easily access them; will coach and provide guidance to front line leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities; andwill advise on day-to-day employee relations concerns in compliance with state and country regulations.
You will also provide project management support for HR initiatives and track business/LOB metrics to recommend action plans based on data and trend analysis. In strong collaboration with the Sr. HRBP, you will provide local implementation of HR programs/processes, and develop LOB or country-specific initiatives around employee engagement, labor relations and employee relations, in alignment with overall regional strategy.
You will coach and work with frontline managers and will supervise on day-to-day progressive discipline and elevate to Sr. HRBP and/or Employee Relations (ER) as appropriate.
Holding a higher education of Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you have proven an experience of at least 8 years in HR management, gained in a matrix, international and fast paced/high exposure multi-site environment. In view of the international environment of the position, fluent English, French & Italian are required.
