Our client, a company, is a fast-growing player in luxury transportation services and event logistics management, committed to excellence, innovation, and strong corporate values. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to structure and accelerate their commercial presence in Italy. The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy in Italy, building sustainable growth across multiple sectors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a commercial strategy tailored to the Italian market.
- Expanding the client base in sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, and luxury, while opening new markets like finance, embassies, corporates, and event agencies.
- Strengthening existing client relationships, ensuring high service quality and long-term loyalty.
- Structuring and analyzing business operations, formalizing commercial processes and delivering performance reports with strategic insights.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure a coherent and effective business development approach.
Your Profile
Education: Master's degree from a leading Business School.
Experience: Approximately 4 years in B2B Business Development, ideally in premium services (e.g., luxury mobility, hospitality, entertainment). Strong ability to build and structure commercial strategies.
Languages: Native Italian with fluent English.
