Global Editorial Communication Manager M/F

TASTE is an innovative, independent and friendly recruitment consultancy positioned since 2004 in the market of expert executives (middle-top management).

Our client is a world-leading B2B industrial group, present in 25 countries. They are looking for a bilingual French-English Global Editorial Communication Manager (F/M).

As part of the group’s transformation project, which is changing its positioning, you will work on defining the company’s new corporate narrative. You will be responsible for the deployment and animation of an internal/external group editorial strategy, designed to better promote the company's commitments in terms of virtuous mobility and technological innovation.
You have a central position in the organisation. You will work transversally with the other members of the communications team both within headquarters and in the subsidiaries. In this context, you will be responsible for the editorial line, content, format, and planning, while also being able to make proposals on subjects, themes, and angles. Your responsibilities will also include writing speeches for the Group's senior management.
The aim of this editorial overhaul is to increase the level and effectiveness of the organisation's discourse, particularly with two key target audiences: employees and existing/prospective customers. In this context, you will be involved in the following structural projects:
• The creation of a digital magazine for all of the company's stakeholders (i.e., employees, customers, prospects, investors, journalists, etc.),
• The development of the editorial line of the group's internal communication platform,
• The content strategy of management communications.
You hold a Master’s degree from a business school or university. You have at least 7 years of professional experience in an international matrix B2B company in a similar role, with excellent writing skills in English and French. You will know the principles of the graphic chain as well as the rules of writing combined with digital. You are also familiar with various multimedia formats and web analytics tools. You have good interpersonal skills and are able to deal with all levels of interlocutors. You enjoy working in project mode, and are used to operating in a collective and collaborative fashion. You are curious, agile, rigorous, and reactive. Finally, this very international position requires an excellent level of English. You must be a native English speaker or fluent in English (C2 minimum).
